Skyward Overview:  This overview is for new staff or anyone who is not familiar with Skyward.  It will cover how to navigate through the application, the different module’s in the application and their main function.

Activities:  This training is for anyone interested in learning how to use Activities to track student groups like sport teams, academic groups, clubs, or groups of students receiving special services.  Explore reporting options and other functionality.

Attendance Training:  This training is for office staff that are new to managing daily attendance.  Automating Attendance Letter will also be covered.

CRCD Field Review:  Review of the required fields for CRCD reporting and a brief overview of the extract and submission process.

Custom Forms:  Learn to create and use custom forms in your district and\or building.  Save time creating, sending and maintaining forms for student, parent and teacher use.

Demographic and MSDS Entry Training:  This training is for new users or those who are looking for a refresher.  All required enrollment and demographic fields will be covered as well as all the required MSDS fields.

Discipline Training:   This training will be focused on how to enter discipline records with a detailed look at the offense and action fields.  We will also be covering the required fields for MSDS state reporting and the option for teacher referrals and automated discipline letters.

Elementary Secretary Training:  This training is to cover the basic Skyward function for the elementary secretary.  It will cover demographics, entry and withdraw of students, family and address entry, scheduling, entry of attendance and attendance reports, entry of MSDS required data.

Future Schedule - Elementary:  The elementary scheduling steps will be covered in detail.  We will be using fast and easy utilities to complete scheduling in a matter of hours as well as learn how to use these utilities to save time and errors during the school year.

Pupil Accounting – Countywide Auditor Overview:  ‚ÄčThis training is intended for the District Pupil Accounting Contact individual and is hosted by the St. Clair County Auditor and her team.  They will be covering new changes from the state, updates on pupil accounting packets, etc.  Your Pupil Accounting Contact will inform appropriate staff of changes after this meeting.
