Child Care Information
Families can get help finding quality child care, preschool, and early childhood education in their area.

Early On
Early On is Michigan's system of coordinating early intervention services for children birth to age 3 who may have a developmental delay or a medical condition that could lead to delay.

Home Visiting/Early Learning Groups
Trained parent educators provide individualized support to pregnant women and families of young children in their. They can answer your questions about how to stay healthy during your pregnancy and how to be the best parent you can be through every stage of your baby’s development. 

Imagination Library
This free program provides registered children a new book each month from the month of birth until their fifth birthday.

Preschool Programs
A number of FREE and low-cost programs for 0-5 year olds in St. Clair County are available including child care, home visiting, and preschool.

Project Find
Project Find offers services to children and youth from birth through 25 years of age, who may have delays in physical, social, emotional, communication, and/or cognitive development.
