Culinary Confessions
Now in its fifth season, Culinary Confessions is a cooking show featuring students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at St. Clair TEC. Hostess Phoebe McCue welcomes Zach Rosenmund and Cody Dedischew into the kitchen to share their version of Steak Diane with twice baked potatoes and a Waldorf salad.
Episode 3 - All-American Meal
David Clark and Juan Morales work together to put together an All-American meal consisting of a spicy hamburger with fries and fresh coleslaw.
Episode 4 - Italian Lunch
Marissa Clark and Cody Dedischew create an Italian lunch by making chicken parmesan over spaghetti, California blend vegetables with a cheese sauce, and peanut butter balls for dessert.
