Facilities and grounds

RESA custodial and maintenance staff tend to all RESA buildings, including academies and RESA facilities that directly serve students from across the county. In addition to routine custodial services and grounds keeping, the department performs preventive maintenance tasks, makes recommendations regarding building security, does some building repairs and makes needed purchases.

School Dude

School Dude is the name of the software RESA uses to schedule facility maintenance tasks at the Pine River Nature Center, Woodland, TEC, ATA and the Administration building.

If you have repairs or tasks for the Maintenance Department, please complete the online

Maintenance Request Form on our Web site and drop it off or e-mail it to your building's contact

person. That person will enter your request into School Dude.

To request tasks to be completed by the Maintenance Department, contact these "School Dudes" in each building:
