I am Ms. Friend and this is my first year teaching 10th grade English at the Academic Transitional Academy. I am originally from Port Huron and attended Port Huron Northern High School from 1998-2002. I then continued to pursue my education at Western Michigan University. I received a Bachelor of Arts with an English major and History minor through the College of Education. I look forward to a great year at the Academic Transitional Academy!
